In the 1980’s, BTL Liners, formerly Bend Tarp and Liner, recognized a need for a liner material to replace the typical high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) liner products that have monopolized the market for decades.
