The Legacy Golf Club is a 18-Hole Championship Golf Course located just south of Des Moines, Iowa. Players of all abilities will enjoy the course of four sets of tees and forgiving fairways. The experience golfer will be challenged by the precision required for approach shots and the undulating putting surfaces.
The Legacy Golf Club features a dining room that offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks to complete the day. For golf related events and outings, there is an air-conditioned banquet room that has scenic views of multiple holes and seats 160+ guests.
The par-37 front nine features many bunkers and several water hazards that come into play on five of the holes. There are six par fours on the front nine that gives you a variety of of required shots. The greens are strategically sized to accept tje approach for the particular hole.
The par-37 back nine will be a stern test with water hazards on all nine holes. The inward nine begins with two risl-reward par fives. The par four on the back nine require pinpoint tee shots through the hilliest part of the course. Big hitters may take a chance at driving the par four thirteenth for a chance at an eagle put. However, a large greenside bunker and a hazard to the right will catch errant shots.
